CHERI CROLLE
I’ve been a receptionist at Franklin Lakes Animal Hospital since August 2000. Before then I worked as a stay at home mom, a variety store manager and a textile designer. I’m a local girl who grew up in Oakland, N.J. and have always stayed in the area.
I’m married to Art, my husband of thirty-six years. We have four grown children. The eldest Heather, who is married, a CPA and has two children Dominic and Natalie. They are my companions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Second is our son Eric who is a butcher at Shoprite. Third is our daughter Carrie who lives in Tennessee and works for an investment firm. Last is our daughter Amy, a massage therapist who is married and a new mom to twins Sawyer and Cecelia.
Life at FLAH has changed a lot over the years as well as at home. We lost Sara Lee our seventeen year old Black Golden Retriever mix and Jo Jo our fourteen year old Yorkie this summer (2008). Although good times end there is also renewal. We found Cali, a two year old Labradoodle at the local shelter. Now my at home family is my husband, Cali, a Yorkie named Toby, a parakeet named Kiwi and tropical fish.
When I’m not at work I like to relax in my hot tub and watch my gardens grow. I also enjoy baking and walking the dogs, and most of all spending time with our grandchildren.
